About

Built so agents never leave an open house guessing.

Every weekend, listing agents pour hours into open houses — and walk away with a half-filled paper sheet and a few polite "looks great"s. The people who actually walked the home leave without ever saying what they really thought. We built Open House 2.0 to change that.

The problem we kept seeing

Open houses generate the one thing agents need most — real buyers, in the real home, with real opinions — and then let it evaporate. Paper sign-ins get skipped or filled with bad numbers. Honest reactions go unsaid because no one tells the listing agent, to their face, that the kitchen feels dated or the price feels high. So agents advise sellers on a hunch, listings sit, and the next agent takes the relationship.

What we built

Open House 2.0 replaces the paper sheet with a QR sign-in. Visitors scan, leave their contact details, and answer a few quick questions about the home before they go. Their feedback is then separated from their identity and turned into a clear report: where interest landed, what stood out, what held buyers back, and what to do next. The agent gets every contact and the honest read — minutes after the open house ends.

Honest by design

We keep identity and opinion in separate places — structurally, not as a promise — so the feedback agents act on is candid, not polite.

Agent-first

It's built around the job an agent actually has to do: capture leads, read the room, and have a confident, data-backed conversation with the seller.

Compliant from the start

Consent-based sign-in, clear privacy choices, and anonymity safeguards are part of the product, not an afterthought.

Refreshingly simple

No app to download, no hardware, no training. A QR code, a sixty-second sign-in, and a report that explains itself.

Powered by Sentrust

Open House 2.0 is built by Sentrust, where the "Sentrust AI" turns raw visitor feedback into the plain-language read and seller-ready guidance behind every report — always on de-identified, aggregated input, never feedback tied to a person.
