Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California Residents · Effective July 6, 2026

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.

Do we sell or share your information?

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, when you sign in at an open house, we pass your contact information (name, email, phone) to the listing agent so they can follow up with you about properties. Because the agent may use that information for their own marketing, we treat this transfer as a "sale"/"share" under California law, and you may opt out.

We do not share the categories below: your anonymous feedback, sensitive personal information (we do not collect it), or the personal information of anyone under 16.

How to opt out

  1. This form: submit your request at sentrust.ai/do-not-sell (or email privacy@sentrust.ai with "Do Not Sell or Share").
  2. At sign-in: simply leave the optional contact-consent boxes unchecked. Those checkboxes are how you opt in to being contacted; if you don't check any, we don't share your contact information with the agent for marketing.
  3. Global Privacy Control (GPC): we automatically honor the GPC opt-out signal sent by your browser or extension as a valid request to stop sharing.

What happens after you opt out

We will stop sharing your personal information with listing agents for marketing within 15 business days and will not share it again unless you later authorize it. Opting out does not delete information already provided to an agent before your opt-out — to address that, contact the agent directly or submit a deletion request to us.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out on your behalf, with proof of authorization. We may ask you to verify your identity directly.
