Financial Incentive Notice

CPRA §1798.125 · Effective July 6, 2026

We offer an optional promotion (the "Open House Giveaway" drawing) in connection with the personal information you provide at open-house sign-in. Because this offers something of value in exchange for the collection or retention of personal information, the CPRA requires us to give you this notice.

  1. What the incentive is. A chance to win a prize — typically a gift card or comparable reward — for completing the open-house feedback and/or entry form. The specific prize for each drawing is stated in the then-current Official Rules.
  2. Categories of personal information involved. Identifiers (name, email, phone) and the commercial information you choose to provide. Your feedback is collected anonymously and is not tied to the incentive identity.
  3. How to opt in. After completing the anonymous feedback survey, enter your email and check the entry box on the separate drawing-entry page (Form 3), or enter free by mail (see the Official Rules). Opting in is voluntary.
  4. How to withdraw. You may withdraw at any time before the drawing by emailing privacy@sentrust.ai with "Withdraw Sweepstakes Entry," or by replying to any related message. Withdrawing removes your entry.
  5. Good-faith estimate of the value of your data. We calculate this with a fixed method: the total expected cost of the promotion (the prize's retail value plus administration) ÷ the expected number of participants. Because our prizes are modest — for example, a $100 gift card across roughly 60 entrants is about $2 per participant — the estimated value is generally only a few dollars per participant. The exact figure for any specific drawing is disclosed in the then-current Official Rules. This estimate reflects the expense of the incentive, not the price of your data, and is provided to comply with California law.
  6. Why the difference is reasonably related to value. Any difference in service or price between participants and non-participants is directly related to the value the feedback and contact information provide to agents and sellers, as calculated above.
  7. Contact. Sentrust Corp, 225 S. Ivy Ave. #2444, Monrovia, CA 91016 · privacy@sentrust.ai.
